Central Illinois AG – New Corporate Office and Service Center (Atlanta, IL):
In the aftermath of a devastating fire, we rose to the challenge, completing the project within a remarkable 18-month timeframe. Our Design/Build approach culminated in the successful reconstruction of a new Showroom, Office, Parts Warehouse, and Shop, enabling the client to swiftly resume operations.

Illinois American Water – Madison Service Center (Madison, IL):
Undertaking a complete renovation of an existing warehouse and site, we transformed it into a state-of-the-art facility. The revamped space now features office accommodations, crew staging areas, a weld shop, warehousing facilities, and a vehicle garage, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.

Community Concepts – Facility Upgrades (Cahokia Heights, IL):
Our involvement in this project entailed implementing multiple facility upgrades aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and accessibility. Key features include building envelope enhancements, elevator installation, a new ADA-compliant entry, and the installation of a rooftop solar array. These improvements not only optimize operational efficiencies but also generate cost savings to support future community outreach initiatives in the surrounding area.

What’s New?

GIVSCO Construction has expanded its footprint with the opening of a new office in Belleville, IL, a move designed to enhance our service capabilities for clients in the southern region. Additionally, we’ve established a warehouse in Morton, Illinois, dedicated to our wood packaging division. This facility will support our provision of wood skids and various other wood packaging solutions to industrial clients across Illinois and Wisconsin.
